How do I Place an Order?
Step 1 – Select size, color and quantity. Then, click Add to Shopping Cart. You will now be in your Shopping Cart. To continue shopping, click Keep Shopping. To checkout, click Continue Checkout. You can remove any items from your cart by clicking Remove to the right of the product.
Step 2 – Login: For existing customers, enter your email address and modbod password, then click checkout. For new customers, enter your email address. Mark that you do not have a modbod password and create one. Then, click Create Account.
Step 3 – Your Information: Enter your shipping information, followed by your billing information. Select your shipping method. When complete, click Check Out.
Step 4 – Review: Confirm your billing and shipping address, order details and credit card information. When you are ready to finalize your order, click Complete My Order.
Step 5 – Your Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation and you may print a copy for your records. We will begin processing your order right away.
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, simple click on the link and it will be e-mailed to you right away.
Can I pay by cash?
Unfortunately we only accept credit cards on themodbod.com
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Utah. We do not add sales tax for items outside of Utah.
How do I check the status of my order?
A confirmation e-mail is sent once your order has been accepted. When your items ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at themodbod.com. Simply click My Account at the top of your page. Sign in and click View Order History then your Order Number to view the details of your order.
How can I modify my order?
For questions, changes or cancellations please contact Customer Service at contactus@themodbod.com. We will try our best to accommodate your changes, however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after it is placed.
Where can I find the sizing chart?
modbod has created a size chart which can be found at http://www.themodbod.com/Pages/sizing. Simple look for the correct measurements to find the fit appropriate for you.
Where can I find the roadshow schedule?
The Costco roadshow schedule can be found here http://www.themodbod.com/Pages/costco-roadshow-schedule. The roadshow schedule is updated each month to show the current month and the upcoming month.

How do I make a return?
We offer 100% guarantee on our products within 30 days and allow for a full refund or exchange on all items, less shipping. If you are exchanging an item for any reason, you are responsible for shipping back to modbod via USPS mail or UPS. Once we receive your product, we will ship the exchange at our cost. If you are returning an item, we will refund your purchase, excluding shipping.

How do I make an exchange?
We offer 100% guarantee on our products within 15 days and allow for a full refund or exchange on all items. In exchanging an item for any reason, the customer is responsible for shipping back to the modbod vis USPS mail or UPS. Once we receive your product we will ship the exchange out at our cost.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once modbod has received your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. You will be provided with an e-mail notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it make take a few business days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement. Damaged or Defective Goods: At modbod we are committed to selling only first quality, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received damaged or defective item please notify us by e-mail at contactus@themodbod.com with 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
