The Mod Bod shirts are designed to be form fitting and slightly snug, but should not be uncomfortably tight. All shirts are extra long. In most cases you should simply order the size shirt you would normally wear.

The Mod Bod will gladly return or exchange any swimsuit provided the following:
Caution: The tankini swimbottoms are a very snug fit bottom. If you are in doubt we recommend you purchase a swimbottom one size larger than you would normally wear. This only applies to the tankini swimbottoms.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Items will be shipped via USPS.
Rush orders must be placed via telephone at 801 796-7434. Rush orders – if they’re received by noon Eastern Time – are shipped the same business day, once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, and should arrive in three business days. However, rush delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. boxes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of ordering for a refund minus shipping and 10% restocking fee. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the purchase price.
If you would like to exchange your order, please return unworn item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping will be charged for the new order. The Mod Bod will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or if the item received is determined to be defective.
